Our statement and our principles
Types of fees
We propose two methods for billing :
- Fees based upon results :Only in the case of a divestiture or acquisition of companies. It is a percentage of the price of divestiture, negotiated at the beginning and not required from the client until the operation takes place. A description of the assignment is explained in the contract.
- Fees based upon specifications :
The rate is proposed based on the following elements:
- Length of the assignment
- Difficulty of the assignment
- Type of involvement
- In some stages, flat-rates are possible.
- Gratuity
The first meeting intended to detail the needs of the client is FREE of charge.
