Our statement and our principles

  • The fees asked for must be explained and understood by the client
  • It is always necessary to have a written document in order to protect both parties

Types of fees

We propose two methods for billing :

  • Fees based upon results :Only in the case of a divestiture or acquisition of companies. It is a percentage of the price of divestiture, negotiated at the beginning and not required from the client until the operation takes place. A description of the assignment is explained in the contract.
  • Fees based upon specifications :

The rate is proposed based on the following elements:

  • Length of the assignment
  • Difficulty of the assignment
  • Type of involvement
  • In some stages, flat-rates are possible.
  • Gratuity

The first meeting intended to detail the needs of the client is FREE of charge.
